Pre & After Sale Questions

Yes, we automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has been shipped. If you have not received your confirmation, please double-check the email address you provided.

We offer Cash On Delivery Nationwide, but if you want to pay in advance following options are available: -Easypaisa -Jazzcash -Banktransfer (Master card, Visa) *For advance payment contact our customer care team.

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

  • Capture the images of products, packing and invoice which is inside the packing box and send us on 0300-5555432

In case you paid in advance, and then want to cancel your order after it is shipped, then we will deduct the delivery charges from both sides and send back the remaining amount to you but if you want to cancel your order within 24 hours we will give back 100% amount to you. In case you choose COD and cancel your order after it will ship without any solid reason, you will permanently block it from our website to order further in the future.
